The vineyards, with an age of over 45 years, are located in La Jara and El Palo in Toro, El Rosal and El Risco in Villanueva de Puente. The cultivation is completely environmentally friendly. This wine has aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. There is a racking every 4 months. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º, it is recommended to decant it before serving.
