This wine is made 100% with the unique and native variety prieto picudo and is aged for 9 months in barrels of 75% French oak (Allier) and 25% American oak (Missouri). It stands out for its freshness, red fruit, length and the softness of its tannins that allow it to be paired with an infinite number of dishes, from meat stews to blue fish.
It is recommended to be served at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
