Elaboration and Aging

Remírez de Ganuza Blanco is manually harvested in 12-kilogram boxes. The grapes are placed in a refrigeration chamber (4º-6ºC) and selected on tables to be processed with the must extracted through a rotor tank.

The wine has been aged on its lees for 9 months in new 225-liter barrels. Batonnage is practiced to achieve greater complexity through the rotation of the barrels.

Tasting Note for Remírez de Ganuza Blanco

• Appearance: Remírez de Ganuza Blanco has a pale yellow color.
• Nose: Subtle and fragrant nose, delicate and mineral, with fresh notes of aromatic herbs and menthol, stone and citrus fruits.
• Palate: Tasty, with volume, balanced and with a fine structure. It has a long and fresh finish, with hints of saltiness, spicy notes, accompanied by fine touches of creamy oak.

Pairing

Remírez de Ganuza Blanco is ideal to accompany seafood. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 9 and 12ºC.
