Pazo Tizón 2020 is one of the white wines that has transcended its Denomination, Ribeiro, and has earned a place among the great whites of Spain, for its balance and flavor. It is a blend of Treixadura, Loureiro, Albariño, and Godello that showcases the best of the Atlantic character.
Pazo Tizón is a winery that has been producing wines since the Middle Ages in A Coruña.
Pazo Tizón 2019 is a blend of Treixadura, Loureiro, Albariño, and Godello. The vineyards from which it comes are located in Ourense, at an altitude of 350 meters. They are between 13 and 35 years old.
The climate of the area is characterized by cold winters and warm springs, as well as summers. The harvest is done manually in 16-kilogram boxes. Once in the winery, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC.
Pazo Tizón 2019 is ideal to accompany fish, seafood, and cheeses.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 7-9 ºC.
