The Monjardín Brut Nature Reserva Sparkling Rosé Wine from Bodegas Castillo de Monjardín, belongs to the D.O. Navarra and has a grape variety 100% Chardonnay and Garnacha.
The area of Monjardín is a limit area in the cultivation of vineyards due to its cold climate and high altitude. The result is high quality white wines, with extraordinary acidity, essential for the production of quality sparkling wines. Their Brut Nature are fresh wines, citrus aromas with floral notes, balanced on the palate with fine bubbles and good intensity.
Azqueta Vineyard
It is a vineyard located in the Monjardín Valley, planted in 1998 at an altitude of 600m. Harvested in early September when its ripeness for making sparkling wines is optimal.
Making and aging
Traditional Champenoise method performing the second fermentation in bottle and subsequent aging in bottle for 24 to 36 months.
