Producer: Domaine Lafage (66)
A pale colored rosé wine, fresh, spicy and mineral. The fruit and spice are well present in the mouth with a nice round finish.
Varietals: 50% mourvèdre, 30% Grenache gris, 20% Grenache noir.
Degree: 12.5% vol.
Ideal for an aperitif or to accompany Mediterranean or Provencal cuisine (seafood, fish, paella, ...)
