Dengue Giuda is characterized by a second alcoholic fermentation in pressure tanks, so that CO2 bubbles form endogenously, due to fermentation. The methods of production of endogenous carbon dioxide have become a hallmark of quality.
The final product is a sparkling wine that could resemble Lambrusco, due to its fruitiness, its freshness and that sweet little touch.
-View: Sangue Di Giuda leopard ruby red with violet reflections.
-Nose: Intense nose, fragrant, wine and fruity.
-Mouth: In the mouth the passage is sweet, soft, of long consistency.
