Noto was the third stage of our journey in Sicily. In 1998 we founded our estate in the district that coincidentally has always been called 'Buonivini'. This gave us the idea to come and discover the wine potential of this country, the cradle of Nero d'Avola, which after a long history today remains almost unknown. Here we face the best and hardest challenge, to give back identity and future to a great Sicilian wine territory. The beauty of these hills that slope towards the sea and where the vineyards spread out among almond trees, has made us carefully seek the closest possible integration with the landscape to provide the minimum impact. Sustainability and hospitality in an informal environment that takes care of nature have characterized from the first day this project,
