Fruit jams with grape juice. They have the same texture and flavor as a conventional jam but contain less sugars. They are made with concentrated organic grape juice, the grape juice has a very neutral flavor which allows to obtain a product very close to the fruit in its natural state and with its own acidity. 100% of the ingredients of the compotes come from the fruit. They are made with more than 70% of the main fruit, partially dehydrated grape juice, citrus peel pectin and natural lemon juice. Most of the process is manual, minimal mechanization is used. A short, slow cooking process is used to avoid deterioration of the fruit and thus maintain its original properties
