Tasting notes of Tarsus

Bright and attractive straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.

Fresh nose of medium intensity, with hints of white fruit, aromatic herbs and hints of aniseed, citrus and tropical fruit.

In the mouth it is fresh, tasty and ample, with refreshing acidity, unctuous and very balanced. The finish is reminiscent of citrus, herbs and ripe fruit with a pleasant bitterness characteristic of the variety.
