La Clave is a red wine produced by Raúl Pérez Bodega y Viñedos in the D.O. Bierzo.

Raúl Pérez Bodega y Viñedos is a personal project of the renowned winemaker Raúl Pérez from León. His work at the Castro Ventosa winery caused a true revolution in the Bierzo region.

After more than 10 years, Raúl Pérez Bodegas y Viñedos has succeeded in producing the wines he desired, which have become authentic references in the Bierzo Denomination of Origin, wines with character, carefully crafted, and of great quality.

La Clave is a wine made with Mencía and Garnacha Tintorera from the Ponferrada area. The harvest is done manually, and the grapes are destemmed before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
