Tierras de Cair 2018 is a single-varietal wine made from Tempranillo grapes and with the designation of origin Ribera del Duero.
Dominio de Cair is the result of the restless nature of Rioja winemaker Juan Luis Cañas in the lands of Ribera del Duero in Burgos. A project born out of a passion for vineyards in 2008 and completed with the creation of the winery in 2012.
Tierras de Cair 2018 is a red wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. It is made from vines over 60 years old, grown on poor soils. Aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels. Further aged in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months.
Tierras de Cair is perfect to accompany cured meats, grilled red meats, and beef.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
