TASTING NOTES:

• Appearance: it is a wine that presents itself with an intense color and shows dark ruby tones, as well as some purplish touches.
• Nose: on the nose, the aromas of black fruits predominate, particularly blackberry, grape, raspberry, and currant. The grape aroma becomes more complex when balsamic tones and toasty sensations come into play.
• Palate: it is a fleshy wine that does not overlook its special silkiness. Being a juicy wine, it shows its mineral freshness for a particularly pleasant palate experience.

APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero

VINEYARD: Finca Torremilanos is one of the first wineries belonging to the Ribera del Duero appellation. With its 195 hectares and approximately 100 years of existence, it currently has an ecological certification that guarantees, since 2008, a respect for the land in a production process that does not neglect quality and a pleasurable experience.

GRAPES: 95% Tempranillo, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.

AGING: 17 months in French and American oak barrels.

PRODUCTION: the grapes are manually harvested to be selected in the winery, ensuring their great quality.

WINE PAIRING: it is a wine that pairs wonderfully with all kinds of meats prepared roasted or stewed. It also works well with legumes or sautéed vegetables.
