Tasting Note: Voluptuous and intense varietal aroma characteristic of great Sauvignon, with a profusion of fruity and vegetal notes (certain tropical fruits, the scent of the fig tree in summer, hints of mint...). Palate with elegant structure, good acidity, oily and with noble sap that evolves, with great style, towards a pleasantly acidic finish.
