Marko Gure Arbasoak 2020 has been made to show the full potential of the regional grapes when harvested later and vinified as in a still wine. The result is a more mature and serious style of txakoli. The Marko Gure Arbasoak 2018 white wine is made from Hondarribi Zuri, Hondarribi Zuri Zerratie, Izkiota Txikiagrapes at the Oxer Bastegieta winery which belongs to the DO Bizkaiko Txakolina .Oxer Bastegieta is a native of Kortezubi and started making Txakoli in the family winery. They own 5 hectares of vineyards in 8 different plots , all of them in Kortezubi and worked organically. The varieties planted are the autochthonous Hondarribi Zuri, Hondarribi Zuri Zuri Zerratie (Petit Corbou) and Izkiota Txikia (Petit Manseng). The grapes are harvested by hand.
