The tasting of Mezcal Unión Viejo is an experience. At first, its artisanal nature is discovered through notes of oak wood and mesquite. Then, caramelized agave flavors give way to Tobalá agave, with floral and herbal tones that, in the end, fade to leave a sweet sensation, but also reminiscent of Espadín agave.

In the production process, the grinding is done with the Tahona Chilena techniqueand distillation by Copper Alembic, finally bottled in corked glass bottles.
