Elaboration and aging

Viña Pedrosa Crianza is a single-varietal wine made from the Tinta del País variety. The grapes used come from vineyards that are between 20 and 25 years old. The harvest is done manually and the production is 4,000 kilos per hectare.

The winemaking process finishes with a minimum aging of 18 months in American and French oak barrels, and an additional 8 months of aging in the bottle.
