This fortified wine is made by Bodega Cuatro Rayas with grapes of the Verdejo variety 75% and the Palomino Fino variety 25% belonging to the D.O. Rueda, this wine has been produced since the founding of the winery in 1950 with the noblest artisan method.

The aging of Vino Generesoso 61 Dorado is carried out biologically with the method of criaderas and soleras in sherry butts, the last phase of aging is the oxidative where the wine acquires its characteristic color.
