Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C for approximately eight days, followed by a complete malolactic fermentation, providing smoothness and roundness to the wine.

This Malbec undergoes 8 months of aging in oak barrels, giving it subtle woody notes that complement its fruity and spicy profile.
