The Passport whisky is a Scotch whisky created in 1965. The malts used to make it come from Glen Keith, a distillery built in 1957 on the ruins of an old 18th-century mill.
The Whisky Passport combines the malt flavor from the highlands with the lighter and sweeter whisky from the lowlands.
Appearance: The Whisky Passport is a light golden color.
Nose: Fruity aroma, with a pronounced note of banana that some find very interesting but others see as a defect in the whisky. Additionally, there are notes of caramel, vanilla, syrup, and wood.
Palate: Light-bodied with a smooth entry, it becomes interesting on the palate with distinct notes of coffee, chocolate, and vanilla.
Its finish is creamy with flavors of chocolate and coffee.
It can be enjoyed neat with plenty of ice, with water, or mixed with all kinds of soft drinks.
