It comes from vines planted in 1991. The must of the 2013 Chardonnay 3055 wine fermented at a controlled temperature of 15ºC. It has a partial aging for two months in French oak barrels, which gives it a slight woody aftertaste, followed by bottle aging.
This wine stands out for its clear and bright yellow color, with a typical tropical fruit aroma of the Chardonnay variety and characterized by a slight acidity that gives it freshness.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 7º and 9º.
