Mouth: 'En boca destaca la frescura del vino, junto con un excelente cuerpo, definición frutal y una acidez equilibrada, que conduce a un final largo y satisfactorio.'

Buying white wine with elegance, freshness, and complexity is an experience offered by Viña Solarce White Wine, produced by Casa La Rad Winery under the quality seal of the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin (D.O.Ca Rioja). This unique white wine is the result of a careful combination of varieties: 50% Viura, 20% Malvasía, 15% Chardonnay, and 15% Tempranillo Blanco, which give it an aromatic richness and a balanced structure that is hard to match.
The grapes come from vineyards located between 530 and 650 meters above sea level, with an average age of 25 years. These vineyards are spread across different areas of the estate and grow on soils of , with shallow vegetation, favoring optimal ripening and imparting minerality and expressiveness to the wine.
The harvest takes place in the third week of September, carefully selecting the grapes at their optimal ripeness. The must is obtained through direct pressing, followed by flotation decantation to ensure cleanliness and freshness. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16ºC for 9 days, thus preserving the varietal aromas and liveliness of the wine.
Once fermented, the wine is divided into two batches: half of it ages for six months in French oak barrels (60%) and American oak barrels (40%) of different capacities (225, 300, and 500 liters), while the other half remains in stainless steel tanks. During this period, all batches are kept on their lees, providing creaminess, volume in the mouth, and aromatic complexity.
The result is an elegant white wine, with notes of white fruit, flowers, citrus, tropical hints, and a delicate spicy background from barrel aging. It is fresh, balanced, and has a persistent finish on the palate.
