To correctly extract the product, we recommend you use the extractor basket that we have incorporated. It will be much easier to extract all the whole foie gras.
We recommend having a knife previously soaked in hot water to achieve a clean cut of the foie gras. For the more classic, we recommend accompanying it with a fig, tomato or onion jam and placing it on our delicious raisin bread toast. What a perfect combination. A long exposure of the product to high temperatures can cause oxidation of the product without altering its taste or smell.
