Mi-cooked foie gras has been pasteurized to less than 100° by cooking through and is usually presented in terrines or jars. Semi-cooked foie gras can be stored in the refrigerator, is creamy and retains all the flavors of the freshly worked liver.
The semi-cooked foie gras is sent in a specific packaging and keeps in the refrigerator. Best before date 3 months after manufacture.
