The wine D. O. Rueda Campustauru Verdejo of Martin Berasategui is made from 100% Verdejo grapes harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning, during the first fortnight of October

Intense, strong and luminous color, as is to be expected from the Verdejo grape.

With ripe fruit and herbaceous aromas, the nose is very expressive, combining citrus with a very persistent floral background

In the mouth it maintains a great structure, enveloping, with a long and fruity finish. Perfect to combine with Mediterranean dishes

After an initial maceration of the grapes at 12ºC for 24 hours, they are gently pressed in automatic presses. Then, before being transferred to the barrels, this wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16º to 18ºC. This peculiar process gives this wine its great quality
