The Red Wine Zinio Reserva from Zinio Bodegas, presents this red wine D.O.Ca Rioja (Spain)made from 100% Tempranillo grape variety. Serving temperature: 17-19ºC

Stemming, pre-fermentative maceration for 24 to 48 hours and fermentation at 25oC, with gentle extraction of tannins and aromatic compounds. Aging: 36 months divided between American oak barrel and bottle rest.
