Whey protein is what is known as a complete protein because it provides the body with all types of necessary amino acids, including the 9 amino acids that the body cannot synthesize and must be supplemented through diet (i.e. histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine).

Instructions for use

100% Whey Protein Professional from Scitec Nutrition can be taken with any meal to increase protein content. Ideally, take 1 to 4 servings depending on each individual's protein needs. One serving after training. 100% Whey Protein Professional from Scitec Nutrition can also be taken upon waking up and 30 minutes before training.
