Dedicated to Jeanne Thomas, Louis Picamelot's wife, this Cuvée allies with perfection a feminine elegance and a strong personality.
Vineyards : issued from only white grapes harvested in Côte Chalonnaise, Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, with a blending of 88% of Chardonnay and 12% of Aligoté.
Tasting notes : a bright gold colour with green tints greets you. A gentle but generous and persistent foam. The palate allies with harmony some delicate flavours of citrus fruits and aromas of white flowers (honeysuckle, acacia…). Can be Simply served in flute-glass but will be also a perfect match with your finest dishes, as a perfect Crémant for "Gastronomes".
