Originating from the Pays d'Oc, this organic red wine is a unique blend of Syrah and Viognier grapes, which reach maturity simultaneously at the start of harvest. The wine expresses the fruity indulgence of Syrah combined with the floral smoothness of Viognier. The combination of these two grape varieties, often considered atypical, offers a unique sensory experience: the feminine Syrah provides strength and richness, while the masculine Viognier adds sweetness and elegance. The tasting reveals aromas of red fruits and cardamom, while the palate showcases notes of blackcurrant and cocoa beans. It pairs perfectly with dishes such as caramelized pork roast, grilled sausages, or tagines. Best served between 16 and 18°C.
