Alta Alella Etiris PB 2025 is an organic white wine that reflects the purity of the Alella terroir. Made exclusively from Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo), this wine is produced under strict certified organic farming practices. The grapes are hand-harvested, undergo a brief skin maceration at very low temperatures, and after a gentle pressing to obtain the free run juice, they ferment in stainless steel tanks. The vineyards are located between 100 and 220 meters in altitude on sandy granite soils and face southeast. Tasting notes indicate a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, floral aromas, and white fruits like pear and apple, with hints of green almond, fennel, and ripe lemon. On the palate, it presents a voluminous entry, a fresh passage with memories of ripe white fruits, a subtle salty note, and well-integrated acidity, leaving a persistent aftertaste.
