Parvus Rosé is an organically produced white wine made from a selection of the best Syrah grapes from Alta Alella.
Organic rosé wine made from grapes selected and harvested exclusively for the production of rosé wine. After a cold maceration to obtain the desired colour, the grapes are lightly pressed to obtain the free-run juice, which is fermented in tanks at low temperature.
Appearance. Cherry salmon-coloured wine.
Nose. High aromatic intensity with fruity aromas of raspberries and floral notes of violet (very varietal).
Palate. A sweet and elegant entry, where we remember the aromas of red fruits. Very lively, fruity, fresh and well-balanced on the palate with a long and persistent aftertaste.
