Vol d'Ànima de Raimat Rosé is a rosé wine produced by the Raimat winery, located in Lleida and belonging to the D.O. Costers del Segre. This wine is the result of sustainable viticultural practices focused on quality and minimizing the use of agrochemicals. The winery was founded in 1918 and designed by Joan Rubió i Bellver, a pupil of Antoni Gaudí. Its construction has been recognized as an architectural landmark, nicknamed the "cathedral of wine." Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in its own vineyards, this wine is characterized by its careful vinification process. The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness and quickly brought to the winery. In the winery, the must is obtained only from the pressing of the free-run juice, which is then decanted before proceeding to the blend and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This rosé wine offers a delicate and fruity profile, with aromas of fresh red and citrus fruits harmoniously combined. On the palate, it is agile and fresh, revealing an elegant finish.
