Artifice Vidueños White is an exceptional wine from the D.O. Ycoden-Daute-Isora, created by winemaker Borja Pérez on the beautiful island of Tenerife. This wine is made from indigenous varieties like Albillo, Gual, Marmajuelos, and Listán Blanco, grown in a unique volcanic environment characterized by ash and rocks. Harvesting is done manually to select the grapes at their optimal ripeness. Once harvested, the grapes are fermented in 500-liter French oak barrels, followed by aging in 20-hectoliter foudres for 8.5 months, during which the wine remains in contact with its fine lees. This meticulous production process that respects the character of the fruit results in a wine of great density and freshness, with a perfumed nose evoking aromas of white flowers and a volcanic mineral backdrop. Artifice Vidueños White is presented as one of the best whites of its region, ideal for enjoying on its own or alongside a meal.
