Beronia Gran Reserva 2018 is an outstanding red wine from the Qualified Designation of Origin Rioja, produced by Bodegas Beronia. The production starts with a careful selection of the best grapes from the oldest vineyards, selecting varieties such as Tempranillo, Graciano, and Mazuelo. This wine undergoes a slow, controlled fermentation with periodic pump-overs, which allows for the extraction of the desired color and aromas from the grapes. The Beronia Gran Reserva 2018 has been aged in mixed French oak barrels for 26 months, followed by 36 months of bottle aging before being released to the market. This aging process gives the wine impressive depth and a complex character. In tasting, it shows a deep garnet red color with cherry rim, bright and of high density.
