Constitution Silver has been crafted by selecting the finest holandas and aguardientes derived from traditional wine distillation methods. Through a meticulous process, various distillates come together to give rise to the brandy, which begins an extensive aging process that can last many years in American oak barrels. This aging method follows the classic Spanish solera and criadera system, allowing the brandy to acquire unique and complex characteristics over time. To obtain one liter of the outstanding Constitution brandy, it is necessary to begin with 12.7 liters of base brandy, highlighting the effort and dedication required in its production. The bottle is a handcrafted creation made of smoked crystal, where each piece is unique due to the labor-intensive traditional blowing process. Only 50 bottles can be produced in one day, involving four artisans in its crafting. Each bottle, adorned with a delicate sterling silver chain, can be reused as an elegant wine decanter. The tasting experience of Constitution Silver is unlike any other. Visually, it presents a deep mahogany color with yellow highlights that demonstrate its prolonged aging in wood.
