The Red cliff 2013 is a red wine from Valdeorras. We start here from the fusion of the old Tintoreras Garnachas softened in French wood vats and ages close to 80 years with Mencias that, reaching the age of majority fuse this silky youth with the elegance and body of the first.
It comes from vineyards of traditional viticulture located to about 550 m of altitude, in terraces of steep slope orientated to the south, west and northwest that facilitate the ripening of the grape.
The Red cliff 2013 is a floral, fruity and intense wine.
Recommended with meat, cheese, ham and pasta.
