Pago de Carraovejas is made from grapes grown in the vineyards of the Botijas River valley, planted between 1988 and 2011. The work in the last 30 years has been directed towards a "viticulture a la carte": it has given maximum attention to the conditions of the microclimate, acting in detail, and to the maintenance of the soils through vegetal roofs, which are already developed in a way Spontaneous.
