View: Beautiful pale golden color, abundant and fine bubble.
Nose: In the nose there is a lot of fruit. White fruit like pear and melon and citrus fruit like grapefruit and lemon. It grows in complexity and there are memories of honey, nuts and some pastries.
Palate: In the mouth it is very pleasant, with very well integrated carbon dioxide. The aromas present in the nose are also perceived in the mouth, with a dominance of citrus fruit with some floral memories.
Agustí Torelló Mata Brut Reserve
Appearance: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose: Apple souvenirs, caramel notes and a background of fresh herbs and menthol balsamic touches.
Palate: Elegant and balanced, fruity and fresh, with notes of ripe apple and syrups. Very well integrated carbonic, with excellent sugar-acidity balance. Long and delicate Post-taste.
