Appearance: Attractive cherry red colour, with a raspberry rim, medium depth, clean and very bright.
Nose: Intense aromas of wild forest fruits (blackberry, raspberry), evoking redcurrant compote, violet candy and strawberry lollipop, spicy notes of liquorice root and slight Madagascar vanilla, coffee bean.
Palate: With a juicy entry, reminiscent of red fruits of the forest, with subtle spices such as nutmeg and white pepper, noble woodwork, with an agile and fresh palate, with polished tannins and a good flow.
