Furtive tear sparkling is a sweet white wine made with Moscatel grape by bodegas Gutiérrez de LA Vega Casta Diva that has remained 4 months in stainless steel tank. The vineyards are located in the Alicante towns of Teulada and Moraira, on soils of white limestone loams at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level. The strains of about 40 years old are arranged in glass and in rainfed regime.
Furtive tear is golden-colored. Fresh nose with a purely citric character. With a balsamic bouquet of fresh mint, fennel and Luisa Herb as protagonist, the sweet aroma of the date and the Muscat grape on a slightly musky background complete the aromatic palette.
In the mouth is sweet and fresh, we are in the first place with the sweetness of honey, and as if a caramel or a pâte of fruit is treated, a taste of lemon confit and fresh mint.
