The production of a "Grande" requires a lot of patience. They select those loose soils, where sands predominate, at altitudes that allow them to maintain a balanced, elegant Tinto Fino, which lasts and evolves in this long ageing of 2 years in French oak and more than 3 years in the bottle. Always faithful to their style of preserving the essence found in the vineyard, it is in this "grande" where we see the potential of the vines in Sotillo and how time so finely shapes the Tinto Fino.
It has a ruby red cherry colour. Notes of ripe fruit, minerals, aromatic herbs, eucalyptus, white pepper, cocoa and hints of undergrowth on the nose. Fresh on the palate with sensations of red fruit, balsamic, cocoa berry, laurel and with tannin still marked.
