Lusco is a white wine of the Rías Baixas denomination of Origin DEVELOPED by Pazos de Lusco. Harvested by hand bunch cluster and fermented with its own yeast after a maceration of 6 h and pressed lightly to obtain the maximum varietal character without greenery.
Lusco is bright white straw-colored in the center and golden Reflections on the edges. Leaves enough tears inside the cup after being agitated.
Nose intense and ripe, with a marked aroma of melon, but, lemon, fennel, pastries and hazelnut toasted thanks to its ageing on Lees in tank and barrel.
In the mouth it is sweet and balanced in the mouth, with marked acidity and moderate alcohol. Taste of lemon, grapefruit, white flowers and almonds. It has in turn a fresh and persistent mouth step.
