Jermann Afix Riesling is a white wine from the renowned Jermann Winery, produced in the Venezia Giuglia IGT denomination. The vineyards for this wine are oriented southwest and northeast, planted in fertile, sandy soils typical of the Colio region. The harvest is done manually to ensure the quality of the grapes that are transformed into this exceptional wine. The vinification includes a skin contact part to enrich the aromas, and both the alcoholic fermentation and short-term storage take place in steel tanks, allowing the wine to retain its freshness and character.
