La Poda Tempranillo is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero denomination, crafted by Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos. This wine is produced in one of the most renowned regions, known as the "Milla de Oro", which provides ideal conditions for quality viticulture. The winery combines innovation with a strong environmental ethic, being part of the Wineries for Climate Protection (WfCP) certification. The harvest is done manually, with grapes transported in 300 kg picking bins. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, featuring cold maceration. The aging of the wine occurs in French oak barrels, giving it a unique character. The tasting note reveals a wine with intense cherry color, aromas evoking dark and red fruits, complemented by balsamic and spicy notes.
