The Pruning Tempranillo is a red wine of the D.O. Ribera del Duero elaborated by Entrecanales Domecq e Hijos. Located in the so-called "Golden Mile". The most prestigious area of the denomination, Bodegas y Viñedos Viña Mayor combines the great virtues of Ribera del Duero. A winery with an innovative vocation and a deep respect for the environment (Wineries certification for Climate Protection (WfCP))
Manual harvesting. Grape transported to the winery in "picking bins" of 300 kg. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and cold maceration, ageing inside French oak barrels
The Pruning Tempranillo is intense cherry colour, young and vivid with bluish touches that denote its youthfulness. Aromas of black and red fruits with balsamic notes and light spices. In the mouth is juicy and round, with a fantastic balance in the mouth.
