Lalume Ribeiro White 2024 is an exquisite white wine from the Ribeiro Denomination of Origin, produced by the prestigious Bodegas Dominio do Bibei. This wine stands out for being made exclusively from the Treixadura grape variety, grown in vineyards that are 10 to 30 years old, located in the Avia, Arnoia, and Miño Valleys. The gravelly soils of this region contribute to the wine's unique characteristics. Lalume undergoes aging in 600-liter barrels, Austrian foudres of 1,200 and 2,400 liters, oval concrete tanks, and stainless steel tanks of 2,000 and 10,000 liters, where it rests in contact with its fine lees. This careful aging and resting process without malolactic fermentation ensures a high-quality product with exceptional personality and flavor.
