Légende Saint Emilion 2019 is an elegant wine produced by Domaines Barons De Rothschild, using Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes from the renowned region of Saint Emilion. This wine follows traditional Bordeaux methods where grapes are destemmed and crushed, then fermented at 30ºC in stainless steel tanks. The process is followed by three weeks of maceration to gently extract tannins, concluding with malolactic fermentation. 40% of the wine ages in French oak barrels for 12 months, imparting unique notes of toasting and vanilla. With a deep crimson color and violet reflections, this wine offers an elegant nose with aromas of blackberry, licorice, and graphite. On the palate, it is broad and rich, with a delicious softness and velvety tannins. It can be consumed immediately or stored for 5 to 6 years, ideally served between 15º to 17ºC.
