The Malleolus Valderramiro 2021 is a red wine produced in the prestigious D.O. Ribera del Duero by the renowned Bodegas Emilio Moro. It uses 100% Tinto Fino grapes selected from the Pago de Valderramiro, located in Pesquera at 859 meters above sea level. Its winemaking process includes alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, maintaining a controlled temperature, and malolactic fermentation in American oak barrels. In appearance, it shows a very dense cherry red color. Its nose is intense and complex, highlighting primary aromas enriched by wood during aging. On the palate, it is an opulent, silky, and powerful wine with a long and persistent finish.
