Matsu El Recio is a red wine of the D.O. Toro that is born from the biodynamic viticulture and a deep respect for nature. The Recio represents the second generation of the three wines that Vintae offers us: The Rogue (Young), the Recio (Crianza) and the old (reserva).
This wine is made from grapes from the Tinta de Toro variety from vineyards between 90 and 100 years old. This wine goes through French oak casks where they carry out their ageing for 14 months. Subsequently, it is clarified with natural processes, nothing aggressive and without filtering is bottled.
