The wine Mestizaje is the youngest of MUSTIGUILLO. It is the fusion of traditional viticulture and the most modern cultivation techniques. We gather our Bobal with four other varieties (Tempranillo, Cabernet S., Merlot and Shiraz) that we harvest separately.

The blended wine has a cherry colour with purplish hues. Clean and shiny, it has a slightly tinted dense tear.
It is a nose is a fragrant and expressive wine, of medium-high intensity in which predominates a red and black fruit in season very well accompanied by toast and roasted, memories of aromatic herbs, floral notes, lactic touches, spices and mineral background and Limestone. A harmonious, funny nose.
