TASTING: Intense and deep red, complex nose with notes of ripe fruit (blackberries, red plums) and elegant spices. In the mouth it is silky and delicate, at the same time opulent and fleshy, but with a very present fruitiness. Long and balanced.
VARIETIES : Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet and Petit Verdot.
VINEYARD AGE: Monastrell 35 years old, Cabernet Sauvignon 20 years old, Alicante Bouschet 30 years old and Petit Verdot 13 years old.
SOIL: Stony limestone, poor in organic matter.
